Vietnam Trip was fun . I gonna keep everything short : )

Go to Hanoi and Halong : P

Travel in plane and than bus for a long hour to reach hanoi and to halong.

first day , reach hanoi. After that went to a restaurant to have our lunch .

delicious cuisine

Then we also visit a temple the first day : P

after that we took the cyclo (trishaw )

the traffic was bad though.

4 way traffic and the cars come from diff side .

Scary experience ,
Cuz scared being bang by car or motorcycle.

2 nd day .

Go to ho chi minh mausolem and another place which i had forgotten
Great place to relax .

3rd day.

Go to halong .
3hr bus drive

Reach a ceramics factory on the way back .

Reach halong and stayed at asean hotel at halong. which is a good hotel cuz it is facing the ocean.

After that the whole day we were out at the sea.

Rented a large boat .

Travel out towards the sea and took some nice pic as well .

So fun and relaxing .
And then saw a person which looks like my cousin. But then is not him : P

Reach a mountain and the tour guide told some stories xD

At night have dinner in the boat .
Ship moving up and down xD

At night travel to the night market.
Bought some key chains for my friends xD

Next day go back to hanoi ----> MAlaysia !!

After back from vietnam , the next day was sunday school trip : P

Chemistry Paper - Over At LAst

The Paper For the chemistry is paper is quite easy . Unexpected actually ..

Well for paper one and 2 was ok ~ for me .

If count by 100% i got 78 d which is A2

Well if i get A1 or A2 for chemistry , it will be a shocked , because i fail for my chemistry test starting Form 5 onwards . ( sorry Mr Yow xD )

Dun like chemistry and at last it is over !!!!

6 lanes being booked to celebrate the boy birthday party.............

Then while i was bowling , a little kid come over to my lane.
"SHE" picked up my bowling ball and decided to throw . I was not sure what was she going to do and don;t cared about it and she almost bowl the bowling ball towards my lane and then the little girl's maid took her to the other lane with my ball and bowl at the other lane .

I was like ok ~~~~

Carried on with the game ......... kids haihz ==

reminds me of old time when me and my friend play those game ......... childhood memories.....

When i was going to bowl....................... a little boy run pass through me and i almost fall with the bowling ball i was holding and luckily i din;t xD

And the birthday boy's sister ( should be) named Joyce : ) came and said sorry for the boys action . I was surprised she will come and said sorry may be she was just friendly to everyone haha ..... ( to Joyce if you discover this blog and saw this :P sorry about it haha )

And she cheer for me to get strike and spare . And i did == and thanks Joyce : 0
kinda weird ... .. . and after that she and her gang of friends or cousins sat there watching people bowl. She's quite a good bowler too haha : )

I don;t know how old was she but i think it should be around my age...

continue to bowl till is time for Isaac to sing his birthday song ..... and i get all my strikes when they were singing the song ......

After that back to studying at the library........... till is 4 pm

Major Incidents

2008

• High fever, Kem Desaru Gerak Khas, Kota Tinggi, Johor, on 31 May. 58 trainees came down with vomiting and high fever on 31 May, and were admitted to Kota Tinggi Hospital. The incident began when trainees began to fall sick after returning to camp on 28 May, from the Wirajaya module (a two-day jungle trekking exercise).

• Food poisoning, Kem Barracuda, Setiu Agro, Terengganu, on 29 May. 67 trainees developed stomachaches believed to be caused by due to food poisoning on 28 May, barely a week after nine trainees from the same camp suffered the same ailment. Fourteen trainees were warded in the Setiu Hospital, while 53 received outpatient treatment. Four food handlers at the camp also received outpatient treatments at the same hospital. The food was catered from outside, as the camp's canteen had been closed after the May 23 incident when four of the trainees were warded for food poisoning.

• Food poisoning, Kem Barracuda, Setiu Agro, Terrenganu, on 23 May. Nine trainees fell ill due to food poisoning, with four trainees being warded at Setiu Hospital. The camp's canteen was subsequently closed down.

• Outbreak of unknown fever, Kem PLKN Jiwa Murni, Semanggol, Perak, in late April. At least 10 trainees were warded at the Taiping Hospital, while 80 others were being treated at the camp, and all trainees were given blood tests, for an outbreak of an unidentified fever. The Kerian district health office placed the camp under quarantine. The quarantine was only discovered a few days after being initialized, when parents were turned away from picking up their children for a scheduled week-long break.

Conclusion

The security and cleanliness at most camps are very poor. In the more rural camps, communal bathing in murky ponds is practiced. The atrocious living conditions are speculated to be lower than announced cost of constructing the camp by the government. Sick trainees are generally not allowed to leave their camp even for treatment, due to the presence of on-site paramedics. This has been the cause of some trainees' death or illness.

National Service trainee fatalities:

2008

• Too Hui Min, 18, attached to Kem Geo Kosmo, Behrang, Selangor. Passed away on 7 May at Slim River Hospital, Perak, three days after she started complaining of constipation. The cause of death was later determined as being toxic megacolon - her colon had been swollen and the lining had thinned due to septicemia. Her family is desperate to know why she wasn't sent to the hospital earlier. As a result of this latest death bringing the total so far to 16, several DAP leaders are calling for the suspension or even the scrapping of the National Service programme.
• Afiz Zuhairi Ahmat Rozali, 18, attached to Kem Sentosa, Chenderiang, Perak. Died on 16 April at Teluk Intan Hospital, Perak, after a brief febrile illness. He was treated by camp paramedics several times before finally being transferred to hospital where he died in less than 24 hours.

Summary

As of June 2008, there have been 16 deaths since the programme started in 2004, with 11 trainees dying in the camps and five more during breaks or within days of completing the program.
